Kinetic Industrial are supporting a leading medical services provider in the recruitment of a Production Supervisor.
You will be working within a unique environment (which is not dissimilar to a hospital/healthcare environment) based out of their Wythenshawe base. You will be supervising the staff, making sure that the work is completed accurately 100% of the time.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 18:00pm - 02:00am
Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor will be
* Oversee daily decontamination and sterilisation operations, ensuring work is completed safely and to strict quality standards
* Supervise and support the team to deliver on production targets and performance goals
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Management System (QMS) standards
* Maintain and monitor quality assurance records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
* Support the Production Manager with planning, organisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high standards across all operations
* Provide staff training and ensure all colleagues are informed and compliant with health and safety procedures
As the Production Supervisor, we do need you to have:
* Previous supervisory experience within a production or healthcare environment
* Excellent numerical and communication skills
* Basic IT skills - able to use track and traceability systems confidently
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to work
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
