Summary and purpose of position:
Provide first level support to the First Line Manager in managing the team as they carry out their daily tasks by maintaining a consistent presence within the operation. To lead a team of Warehouse Operatives to achieve set KPIs, targets, service levels and quality standards. To support the Supervisor/Manager with the planning, organisation, direction, and control of their area.
Shift: 6am - 2pm

Role and responsibilities:
Allocate resource for designated team and area of control to achieve set KPIs, targets and quality standards.
Provide an efficient and professional level of service to all customers to meet agreed delivery schedules and SLAs.
Provide adequate induction, training, monitoring and support for designated team.
Operate WMS and collate data for Departmental reporting.
On a daily shift basis direct, monitor and communicate with your team on their performance of their allocated duties to achieve productivity, accuracy, and customer SLA adherence.
