* Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with a range of SEN needs
* Assist teachers in delivering accessible, challenging, and engaging lessons
* Adapt resources and learning strategies to meet the needs of individual learners
* Promote confidence, independence, and positive engagement across the classroom
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality support
