We are passionate about career development and offer national coverage to support your professional growth and ambition.Your Mission at Elisa { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; }Key Tasks & Responsibilities Support the Engineering Manager in leading the engineering function and act as deputy when requiredEnsure compliance with company QHSE policies, regulations, and safety standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives, including overall equipment effectiveness and environmental impact reductionPlan, organise and coordinate maintenance activities, including PPM schedules and corrective worksProvide hands-on technical support while mentoring and developing engineers and apprenticesSupport installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of site equipment and machineryManage engineering activities during periods of leadership absence and ensure performance targets are metWork with suppliers to source parts and improve operational efficiencyPromote a strong safety culture and ensure training compliance across the engineering teamWhat will make you stand out?Requirements:a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Proven experience in industrial maintenance, production, or operational engineeringPrevious supervisory or management experience within an engineering environmentStrong technical background (electrical, mechanical, or steam systems)Relevant qualification (Degree, HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent engineering certification)Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skillsAbility to analyse data, influence decision-making, and drive continuous improvementStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesNEBOSH/IOSH or QHSE qualifications desirableWhat's on offer?29 Days HolidayEmployee Assistance ProgrammeAre you ready to take your career to the next level?
