What you’ll do
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
* Manage operations within your store and coordinate with colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to keep shifts running smoothly.
* Deliver the best customer experience on every visit.
