We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join our
team at The Warren Holiday Resort, Haulfryn’s flagship luxury
destination in beautiful Abersoch.
This hands-on role is ideal for a confident and motivated
professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in
delivering outstanding service. You’ll oversee food preparation, presentation and
service across our resort, ensuring exceptional quality, smooth operations and
a happy, supported team.

What You’ll Do
* Oversee all aspects of
food operations, ensuring top-quality presentation and service.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire chefs and team members to deliver
consistently high standards.
* Support menu creation and development to ensure
variety, creativity, and profitability.
* Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost controls
effectively.
* Maintain exceptional standards of food hygiene and health &
safety.
* Foster a positive and professional working culture that supports
and develops your team.
* Balance
operational involvement with administrative and compliance responsibilities.
* Deputise for the Head of Food & Beverage when required.
Who We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a food and beverage leadership
role.
* Recognised qualification in hospitality, catering, or culinary
arts (e.g. City & Guilds, BTEC, HND).
* Health & Safety and Food Hygiene certification (or willingness
to obtain).
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with
attention to detail.
* Excellent cooking knowledge and understanding of all kitchen
operations.
* Clear communicator with enthusiasm, initiative and a
professional, approachable manner.
* Passionate about developing your own skills and supporting others
to grow.
* Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to
problem-solving.
