As a Twilight Manager at Asda you will manage and lead a critical shift transitioning from day to night, ensuring the best availability and highest shop‑floor standards across all departments while keeping the store safe and compliant for customers and colleagues.
As part of the leadership team you will work a rolling rota of five shifts over seven days, including weekend work from 14:00 to midnight.

* Drive strategy into action: plan and execute trading activity on the shopfloor during twilight shift, ensuring great availability standards and key performance metrics.
* Lead with impact: coach colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shopfloor standards and foster a culture of selling with personality, serving with heart and pride, and getting one more item in every basket.
* Execution‑focused: ensure the shopfloor is landed and presentable for customers before handing over to the night team.
* Talent Development: listen with empathy, drive resilience, encourage ownership, focus and passion, and create an environment where people feel valued, trusted and motivated to step up.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment.
* Ability to make decisions independently with a hands‑on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people.
