We are working on behalf of a well-established automotive business seeking an experienced Automotive Aftermarket Manager to lead their sales, marketing, and strategic growth efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional with a strong background in automotive parts, ideally specialised in carburettors or classic vehicles, to join a reputable company with a longstanding heritage. The successful Automotive Aftermarket Manager will manage customer relationships across a diverse client base, oversee international export operations, and contribute to business development and product growth.

Duties of the Automotive Aftermarket Manager:
17. Managing and developing a multi-channel sales strategy to grow both UK and international markets
18. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with Weber Dealers, specialist garages, retail clients, automotive OEMs and aftermarket specialists
19. Overseeing promotional activities including trade shows, web marketing, publicity materials and social media efforts
20. Analysing sales data to forecast demand and plan stock levels to meet customer needs
21. Leading a small team of departmental staff and providing strategic direction for sales and marketing teams
22. Handling key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and technical support
23. Managing supply chain relationships, especially with the Weber factory in Madrid, Spain, for stock replenishment and order planning
24. Identifying new markets, potential suppliers and product development opportunities such as vintage and classic vehicle parts
Requirements:
25. Industry experience in a similar role within the automotive parts or aftermarket industry, preferably with a focus on carburettors or classic vehicles
26. Proven sales and marketing acumen, with experience in multi-channel or export markets
27. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
28. IT literate, especially with web sales channels, demand data analysis, and CRM systems
29. Knowledge of quality assurance and warranty processes from both supplier and customer perspectives
30. Degree or A Level education required
31. A strategic thinker with a proactive attitude and team leadership skills
32. Comfortable working in a hands-on, office-based environment with occasional travel
