JEWELLERY MANAGER
Luxury Jewellers – £35,000 to £40,000
Location: London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Jewellery Manager/Sales to join a prestigious luxury jeweller. This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about fine jewellery, client experience, and team development.
The successful candidate will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and nurture a positive, customer-focused culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and assessing individual strengths and development areas.
* Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel and clients.
* Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
* Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to capture key demographics.
* Recruit, hire, and train a motivated and high-performing sales team.
* Oversee all operational aspects of the store, including:
* Inventory management
* Staff management
* Security measures
* Store maintenance and day-to-day operations
* Work with your line manager to develop relationships with influencers, PR companies, and stylists to increase brand visibility.
* Curate events and client experiences to promote brand awareness.
* Implement and manage CRM systems to grow and maintain a strong client database.
* Prepare monthly summary reports for Directors as required.

* Proven experience in luxury retail or fine jewellery management.
