Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
1. University Degree in Procurement/ Supply Chain/ Engineering/ Science/ Business/ Finance or equivalent
2. Significant experience in Procurement, both Direct Materials and Indirect Goods & Services
3. Demonstrated history of recruiting talent, driving performance via remote teams and developing individuals to achieve ambitious goals
4. Strong capability to execute; this is core to the role. Experience managing the delivery of large projects and with end-to-end service / operations management
5. Strategy development and implementation; strong value creation capability
6. Strong senior stakeholder management and strategic influencing skills
7. Clear understanding business value, business priorities, and potential implementation risks
8. Skilled negotiator adept at leading complex negotiations with both external suppliers and internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

9. Master’s Degree Procurement/ Supply Chain/ Engineering/ Science/ Business/ Finance
10. MCIPS/CIPS Qualified
11. Strong capability to drive accountability
12. Strong business and financial acumen
13. Understanding of latest tools for executing sourcing strategies
14. Good understanding of market drivers effecting various spend categories; strong commitment to keeping abreast of trends (eg commodities, energy, inflation)
