Business Development Manager Commercial Vehicle Aftersales
Location: East Midlands Region
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:30 (40 hours per week)

The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory, identifying opportunities to grow aftermarket revenue, and delivering value-added solutions to customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell commercial vehicle aftersales products and maintenance contracts
* Build and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers
* Conduct regular customer visits across the East Midlands region
* Identify customer requirements and provide tailored service solutions
* Maintain accurate records using the company CRM system
* Work closely with branch management and operational teams
* Attend customer meetings, trade events, and industry functions
* Monitor market activity and competitor offerings
* Deliver against commercial and financial targets
* Support the wider business by identifying sales opportunities across multiple departments
