Care Assistant
Join HC‑One as a Care Assistant and help provide compassionate care in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Residents have stories to share, and by joining us you’ll help them live with dignity and purpose.
About The Role
You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, supporting the physical, emotional and social well‑being of our residents. Responsibilities include:
* Personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and assisting with meals
* Helping with daily activities and routines within the home
* Providing comfort to residents who are distressed or facing limited mobility
* Delivering end‑of‑life care with empathy and respect for each individual
Safeguarding is a shared responsibility. You must recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, attend appropriate training, seek advice, and report concerns, including escalation if necessary.
