* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs, including SEMH and SEND
* Support pupils' emotional wellbeing and behavioural development
* Assist teaching staff in creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
* Work closely with the SENCO and pastoral team to implement support strategies
* Help students build self-esteem, resilience, and positive learning habits
* A recent graduate in Psychology or a related field
* Passionate about mental health, behaviour, and supporting young people
* Empathetic, patient, and a strong communicator
* Able to work well as part of a team and use initiative when needed
* Any previous experience working with children, SEN, or in a care/mentoring role is desirable
* A nurturing and inclusive school environment
* Supportive staff and regular mentoring
* Daily pay between £89 - £100, depending on experience
* Opportunities to shadow experienced professionals and attend CPD sessions
* A pathway into further roles such as Educational Psychologist, SEN Teacher, or Pastoral Leader
