Hallam Removals and Storage is looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our busy office.
This is a varied role that requires strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers and staff, helping to keep everything behind the scenes running efficiently.

We’re a Sheffield-based company offering expert domestic and commercial removals, home clearances, and secure storage solutions. Known for our reliable, customer-focused approach, we’re continuing to grow – and this role will play an important part in that journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
* Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and job confirmations
* Keep accurate records for storage clients and removals bookings
* Support with scheduling jobs and coordinating with the operations team
* Manage office paperwork, filing systems, and compliance records
* Assist with banking, payments, and general financial administration
* Order and monitor office supplies and packaging materials
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team
What We’re Looking For
* Previous office administration experience (experience in removals, logistics or a service industry is an advantage)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Confidence working with invoices, payments, and general finance tasks
* A team player with the ability to work independently when required
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and general office systems
