Vital People is hiring a Quality & Hygiene Controller to join a leading food manufacturing company in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about food safety, quality, and hygiene in a fast-paced environment. Mon-Fri 9,45pm-6am Salary - £28,000 per year Responsibilities: * Oversee night shift hygiene team, ensuring all cleaning procedures meet internal and legal standards. * Monitor HACCP & food safety compliance, identifying and resolving non-conformances. * Conduct internal audits (CCP, GMP, Glass & Plastic, etc.). * Perform sampling, swabbing, and external lab testing. * Collaborate with production, hygiene, and engineering teams to address technical issues. * Ensure all process-related documentation is completed and compliant. * Promote continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
