Field Sales Representative at GBBA (Dojo). Self-employed, commission-only role with the UK\'s leading payments provider for SMEs. High earning potential through an uncapped commission structure, with training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
* Build and nurture relationships with business clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored payment solutions.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
* Close deals and grow your customer base, generating recurring income from new accounts.
* Represent Dojo at industry events and conferences to grow the brand presence.
* Proactively manage your sales pipeline and focus on long-term relationships to maximise earnings.
What We\'re Looking For
Experience in sales is a plus but not required. 2+ years of sales experience (field or B2B) is preferred. Experience in payments or the financial sector is a plus but not required.
Skills And Competencies
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with business owners and clearly present solutions.
* Excellent closing abilities; consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
* An entrepreneurial mindset; driven to build and grow a portfolio under the Dojo brand with the backing of a market-leading company.
Working Conditions
* Flexible working hours; field-based role covering the entire UK.
* Remote/Office-based: as a self-employed position, you choose how and where you work best.
* UK/EU driver\'s license and access to a vehicle are preferred for this field-based role.
