Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer
Location: Ellesmere Port
Salary: Up to £58,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Continental shift pattern
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs
* Complete maintenance reporting through the CMMS system
* Support TPM and PPM activities across site
* Diagnose electrical faults and carry out effective repairs
* Rectify stoppages and malfunctions, escalating for support where required
* Ensure machinery downtime is kept to a minimum
* Maintain high housekeeping and engineering standards
* Adhere to all site PPE requirements
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures at all times
Requirements
* Electrical qualifications – HNC or Level 4 equivalent
* Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
* Strong PLC fault-finding knowledge
* Multi-skilled engineering background with electrical bias
* Self‑motivated, reliable and organised
* Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure
* Able to work continental shifts
