Purpose of the Role Our team is expanding to support a major programme of new model launches, and the Manufacturing Engineer – New Model Introduction will play a central role in developing and standardising the processes that define how each vehicle is built. This role is crucial to the success of our manufacturing operations, as the Manufacturing Engineer – New Model Introduction will guide programmes from initial concept design through prototype phases and into full series production. You’ll gain exposure across the business, working closely with design, engineering and operations teams on multiple projects while influencing programmes from beginning to end.
