About you
You will be an experienced receptionist, ideally from a veterinary or clinical background, though not essential. You should have a high level of confidence and a passion for working with customers and their pets. This role is based in Ashington. A valid driving licence is required due to limited transport links in the area. You must have sufficient computer skills and share our values: humility, respect, empathy, work ethic, honesty, communication, and teamwork.

Rota
There is a set rota for this role, averaging 31.5 hours per week. All receptionists are required to join the weekend and bank holiday rota. This role is based at our Ashington Branch Clinic.
Responsibilities
* Front of house role delivering exemplary customer service at all times with compassion, patience, and dedication in various situations.
* Act as a key liaison between customers and the clinical team.
* Support the team with a range of administrative tasks and help nurture your own skills and development.
