Base pay range
$35,000.00/yr - $38,000.00/yr
Job Title: Construction Plant Operator – UK (Visa Sponsorship Available)
Location: United Kingdom
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Hours: 50 hours per week + Overtime (Paid)
Visa Sponsorship Provided

Are you an experienced Construction Plant Operator looking to work in the UK? This is an exciting opportunity for skilled operators to join a professional and growing team. The role offers stable employment, competitive pay, and valuable benefits—including visa sponsorship and temporary accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain heavy construction machinery including:
* 360-degree Excavators (10 to 25 tonne)
* Dump Trucks
* Small Plant & Machinery
* Follow safety protocols and site procedures
* Conduct pre-operation checks and report any issues
* Work efficiently within a team to meet project deadlines
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 5 years hands-on experience operating relevant machinery
* Basic to good level of English literacy (spoken, written, and reading)
* Physically fit and in good health (a medical report will be required)
* Must hold a valid driving license (international licenses are accepted)
* Clean criminal record for the past 5 years (police clearance required)
