This is a key senior position where you'll drive performance, oversee financial reporting, manage cash and working capital, support investment and M&A activity, and lead a high‑performing finance function while delivering clear, data‑driven insight to support business growth.
Client Details This is a high growth organisation based in Leeds, known for its commitment to excellence and innovation. The Head of Finance position will be a key figure in the business, regularly liaising with board‑level stakeholders and influencing business direction and success.
Description In this Head of Finance position based in Leeds, you'll be responsible for;
Leading the preparation and presentation of monthly management information and board reporting, delivering clear insights and recommendations
Taking ownership of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimisation across the group
Providing strategic financial support to directors, including decision‑making on investments, growth initiatives, and capital deployment
Delivering robust financial analysis (budgets, forecasts, variance and ratio analysis) to enhance business performance
Supporting acquisition activity and growth opportunities, including financial modelling, due diligence, and post‑deal performance tracking
Overseeing and develop the finance function, ensuring strong controls, efficient processes, and continuous improvement
Profile We're looking for:
Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Proven experience in a senior finance role within the property industry or a high‑growth environment.
Strong technical knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a finance team.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive approach to driving improvements and delivering results.
Job Offer
Salary between £60,000 to £70,000.
