Program Manager (Accessibility and Engagement Specialist)
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Contract: 12 months (Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm)
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Accessibility and Engagement Specialist to join the Global Accessibility and Employee Experience Team at one of the world’s leading technology companies.
In this role, you’ll design and deliver programs that foster inclusion, belonging, and engagement across our employee communities particularly through heritage month events, community programming, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) support.
You’ll collaborate across regions (primarily EMEA and APAC) to help diverse employee communities deliver impactful events, strengthen engagement, and bring our inclusion and accessibility values to life.
What You’ll Do
* Partner with Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders across EMEA & APAC to drive impactful community engagement and inclusion initiatives.
* Plan and execute heritage month programming, from idea generation to event delivery — managing logistics, communications, and external speakers.
* Develop and manage event communications, presentation materials, and content for launches and tentpole moments.
* Coordinate budgets, event approvals, and operational processes to ensure efficient program delivery.
* Work closely with the Community Engagement Managers to simplify and optimize ERG processes, including recruitment, event planning, and budget management.
* Track and measure impact of community programs through qualitative and quantitative insights.
* Support administrative operations for ERG programs, ensuring accurate documentation, process alignment, and reporting.
* Collaborate with global cross-functional partners (HR, Comms, DEI, Space Planning) to deliver cohesive, high-quality programming.
About You
You are passionate about creating workplaces where everyone feels included and empowered. You thrive in global, fast-paced environments, and have a track record of turning creative ideas into well-executed programs.
Minimum Qualifications
* 5–7 years of program or project management experience, ideally within HR, employee engagement, or community/inclusion initiatives.
* Proven ability to plan and deliver events or campaigns end-to-end.
* Strong experience in stakeholder management across global or matrixed teams.
* Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
* High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or equivalent tools.
* Strong attention to detail and comfort with budget tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs or with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
* Exposure to large, global tech or consulting organizations with complex team structures.
* Familiarity with accessibility initiatives or event management in a corporate setting.
* Ability to coach and influence community leaders in cross-regional settings (EMEA/APAC).
* Process-minded — able to identify inefficiencies and create scalable solutions.
What Makes This Role Exciting
* Opportunity to shape inclusive culture initiatives across a global technology company.
* Work with diverse employee communities and leaders who drive meaningful social impact.
* Collaborate with teams in the UK, Ireland, EMEA, and APAC.
* Be part of an organization that values accessibility, equity, and belonging at its core.
Working Arrangement
* Remote-first role (UK-based), with occasional travel (approx. once a month) to local offices for key events or team meetings.
