We particularly wish to provide support for students who have barriers to learning caused by Autistic Spectrum conditions, ADHD and other neurodiverse needs. About you You should have excellent written and oral communication skills, be competent in the use of IT, and have some experience of working with young people. An interest in and/or experience of working with young people with barriers to learning caused by Autistic Spectrum conditions, ADHD and other neurodiverse needs would be an advantage, as would experience of supporting young people as they experience dysregulation.
