As a Regional Nursing Manager, you will support a commercially focused, efficient and safe nursing service delivering on operational accountabilities. Support and develop the strategic focus of the national Nursing Service and the local Directorate. You will manage and direct a team of motivated and appropriately skilled field-based Nurse Advisors to meet expected standards of compliance with all internal and external Regulatory bodies. This position is full-time Monday - Friday and is a 12-month fixed term contract. The role is field-based and the ideal candidate will be based either in the North-West or North-East.
