Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Team Member to deliver high‑quality products to customers on time, as part of our mission to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Plan and execute deliveries using automated route planning.
* Deliver products on time and efficiently.
* Handle alcohol deliveries (must be over 18.)
* Engage with customers professionally.
Qualifications
* Full UK or EU driving licence.
* Minimum 12 months driving experience.
* Maximum 6 penalty points.
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
* Good communication skills.
Contract Details
Permanent, part‑time position. Work 24 hours per week (including paid breaks) on any 3 of 7 days, 8‑hour shifts. Shift times range from 05:30 to 12:00 (midnight). Pay is £13.24 per hour on average with base pay plus premiums; paid on a lunar basis (every 4 weeks).
