Promotion for experienced Audit Assistant to a Manager role available. Please note you must have at least 6 months current or prior experience of working in a Technical Audit or Audit Quality Department of a Top 30 Practice
Are you keen to have this work life balance all the time and work in largely remote Advisory role. You can define the timescales and projects you work on with senior stakeholder relationship throughout. There is no busy season, client travel, or timesheets as in stressful client facing consulting roles.
They are growing this function further to provide firm wide CFO style Advisory level advice to the firm, the audit teams, and clients on the latest developments in this complex and evolving space. This includes significant engagements the Practice is working with UK and Multinational listed clients within the FRC AQR Scope and other relevant overseas Audit Regulatory Bodies, including the PCAOB in the US
You control the schedule of work including:
Take ownership of areas that interest you including topics like ESG, Impact of AI, Implementation of Data Analytics, as well as many others at Board level
You have 40-hour weeks all year no busy season
2 days a week in the office maximum
Flexible start and end times for you and your team
Great mentorship by ex-Big 4 Partners in growing teams where you can lead service lines to Partners yourself.
Part time 3-4 day a week role can be offered.
Defined fast track career progression to Director or Partner level to lead UK Service lines in a Global Firm without ever requiring RI Status
