Conduct regular stock checks and work with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels. Identify slow-moving items and work on strategies to reduce excess stock. Ensure that customers receive prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage any escalated issues effectively.
