Job title: Principal Consultant (Programme and Project Management)
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Circa £80,000 - DOE

How you will contribute
As a Principal Consultant at Cloud21, you will operate in a high-impact senior delivery role. You will lead complex, strategic programmes within the healthcare sector, building trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders. You will oversee major service lines, sector portfolios, or strategic capabilities, and are accountable for client satisfaction, delivery excellence, team leadership, and commercial outcomes, including revenue and margin. In doing so, you will adhere to the principles of the Cloud21 Consultancy Model ‘Transform Healthcare Together’ and make effective use of our consultancy model toolkit and knowledge repository.
This role combines strategic leadership with subject matter expertise across clinical, operational, or digital domains. You will mentor teams, contribute to internal capability development, and drive business growth through high-quality client delivery and pursuit leadership.
The Principal Consultant role can operate across multiple operational areas, each with unique responsibilities and focus.
