In this role, you will support the Sales team by managing sales and administrative tasks, including processing orders, handling goods returns, and responding to non-technical enquiries. You'll maintain internal systems, assist with supplier orders, chase updates, and ensure accurate information. You will also contact customers to build strong relationships, resolve logistics queries, and support continuous process improvements.. Based in Stoke this role is Monday-Friday 37.5 hours a week flexible between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
