We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Night Resident Services Agent to join the front-of-house team at a Build to Rent development of contemporary apartments in the heart of London. As a Night Resident Services Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service. You’ll play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the building—supporting residents, coordinating operations, managing enquiries, and helping to foster a vibrant and connected community. Role: Night Resident Services Agent Salary: up to £30,000 per annum Bonus Location: London Shift Pattern: 4 Nights On, 4 Nights Off - 8pm to 8am What you’ll be doing Delivering a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors. Handling all resident enquiries and providing timely, effective solutions. Coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and apartment inductions. Managing parcels, deliveries, and front-of-house administration. Supporting maintenance coordination and ensuring swift resolution of issues. Conducting regular building inspections and upholding the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation. Keeping accurate records of incidents, requests, and shift handovers. Assisting with resident engagement, feedback, and community events. Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety and Fire Safety procedures. Promoting a positive, service-led culture across the resident community. Professional, confident, and approachable with a genuine passion for helping others. Well-organised, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure. A team player who takes ownership, shows initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
