£ 34,970 base + £3k£5k monthly earning potential, Callout bonuses & Full trainingHigh earning, specialist driving role with full trainingWe are hiring HGV Class 2 Drivers / Drainage Engineers to join our expanding team. This is a varied, hands-on role combining driving, specialist vehicle operation, and drainage response work. Full training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and driving experience.What you will get: £ 34,970 basic salaryOvertime paid at £20.17 per hourCall-out payments (up to £45 per callout)Typical monthly earnings: £3,000£5,000+ with overtimeCompany pension & Death in service20+ days holiday (increasing with service)Full PPE providedModern specialist vehiclesWorking pattern Monday to Friday: 6:00am 4:00pm (core hours)Regular overtime available (evenings, nights, weekends)Call-out rota for emergency response workStructured rest periods included within working patternWhat you will be doing Operating specialist vehicles (jetting tankers, vacuum tankers, combination units)Responding to drainage emergencies and blockagesSupporting flood and pollution response workCompleting vehicle checks and safety inspectionsWorking safely on public and private sitesMaintaining accurate job recordsWhat we are looking for Valid HGV Class 2 licence + CPCProfessional and reliable attitudeComfortable working in a varied, hands-on roleAble to work independently and respond to calloutsDesirable (not essential): Drainage, utilities or waste industry experienceHigh-pressure jetting experienceStreetworks or water hygiene qualificationsAbout usMTS Cleansing Services is a family-run business with over 39 years of experience in drainage and environmental services.
