Job Title: Electrical Site Supervisor - Water Sector
Location: East Sussex
Rate: Up to £400 per day (Umbrella CIS + Mileage)
Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
Overview
Are you an Electrical Supervisor with water experience? Can you see yourself working with a leading contractor on the Southern Water framework? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor with a strong background in the water sector to join the team in East Sussex.
* Liaise with the supply chain to support project delivery and commissioning.
* Apply sound technical judgement throughout the construction phase.
* Provide hands‑on support to contractors within the electrical discipline.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards across all works.
* Coordinate with internal teams, client representatives, and supply chain partners to achieve project objectives.
* Organise and manage shut‑down methodologies in alignment with project plans.
* Support the application and monitoring of Business Assurance System (BAS) policies and procedures.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (City & Guilds or equivalent).
* Fully qualified electrician.
* ECS (JIB) Gold Card holder.
* Proven experience supervising electrical installations on capital projects.
* SSSTS or SMSTS.
* Previous experience in the water industry.
