Rated C2 by the Regulator of Social Housing in 2025, with a transformation programme focused on ongoing service improvement to deliver high‑quality housing services.
About the role
You will provide visible leadership across frontline housing services, ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery while supporting teams to manage complex cases and deliver sustainable tenancy outcomes.
Reporting into the Housing Neighbourhood Operations Manager, you will:
* Drive service performance and deliver against key KPIs
* Oversee complex or escalated cases, ensuring consistent and proportionate decision‑making
* Use data, KPIs and insight to monitor and improve service delivery
* Lead, coach and develop staff, creating a high‑performing and accountable team culture
* Ensure services are compliant, well‑documented and audit‑ready
What You'll Bring
You will be a confident and credible housing professional with strong operational leadership experience. You will bring:
* Proven experience in tenancy management, income collection and neighbourhood services
* The ability to lead, motivate and performance manage frontline teams
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, ASB and tenancy enforcement
* Excellent communication, organisational and decision‑making skills
* A customer‑focused, solutions‑driven approach to service delivery
