A credible IT Managed Service Provider is seeking a proactive and personable ICT Managed Service Engineer to join their growing team. You will be based onsite at one of their partner schools in London, delivering hands‑on technical support and ensuring the smooth running of IT systems for staff and students.

* Respond to end‑user requests and resolve technical issues promptly
