Situated in the picturesque town of Keswick, our new school will cater to children with specific learning needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, and associated complex needs. What We’re Looking For We are seeking an inspirational School Administrator who : Key Responsibilities Provide confidential administrative and organisational support to the Head Teacher and school. Be the first point of contact for telephone, email and visitor enquiries. Maintain accurate student and staff information using the school’s management information system. Oversee office administration and co-ordinate efficient systems of working. Monitor and track the school budget and petty cash. Organise and oversee property compliance checks and maintain accurate records. Check and maintain first aid boxes and supplies. Provide administration support to the SENCO and teachers. Manage vehicle maintenance bookings (MOTs, servicing, repairs). Support report preparation, documentation, and minute taking. Maintain oversight of the school site and raise issues promptly with the Head Teacher. Professional Attributes We are looking for someone who is: Confidential, organised, flexible, and professional.
