Job Description:

Revenue Manager vacancy, negotiable salary, hybrid working potential, 4 star hotel, car parking included.

We’re seeking a commercially driven Revenue Manager to help optimise our performance and support continued growth. The hotel is currently being refurbished and is due to finish in February 2026. Once complete it will offer:

1. 100 bedrooms, refurbished to a high standard
2. Stylish Restaurant & Bar
3. Meeting & events space for upto 200

Role Responsibilities:

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for driving the hotel’s top-line revenue by developing and executing pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies. Working closely with the General Manager and Sales & Marketing team, you will use data-driven insights to maximise room occupancy, improve yield, and ensure The hotel remains competitive in Belfast’s hospitality market.

4. Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue performance.
5. Monitor daily hotel performance using Costar+Bandwidth, OTA analytics, and internal booking data.
6. Forecast demand and adjust pricing and inventory controls accordingly across all channels (direct, OTA, GDS, corporate).
7. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead of market trends in Belfast.
8. Manage relationships with OTAs and 3rd-party platforms, ensuring parity and visibility.
9. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions, packages, and campaigns to drive direct bookings.
10. Regularly report on KPIs to senior management, identifying risks and opportunities.
11. Oversee the setup and configuration of rate plans in the PMS and channel manager.
12. Ensure optimal use of revenue management systems and tools.
13. Support budgeting and long-term financial planning with detailed revenue forecasts.
14. Reviews the Costar+Bandwidth Reporting (standard, forecast, and forward STR reports), Lighthouse, and other competitive shopping reports and resources to maintain an awareness of our competitor market positions.
15. Reviewing opportunities to drive increased demand via GDS advertising campaigns.
