Sytner Group is offering a Permanent New Car Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the opportunity for generous commission. The role is based at Sytner BMW Cardiff.
About The Role
As a New Car Sales Executive you will be the key point of contact for customers during their car buying journey, ensuring an outstanding service experience. You will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, and work flexible patterns, including weekends, to deliver service at the highest level. Salary is £20,000 with a very achievable on‑target earnings target of £52,500 and you will receive a company car along with subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership and various high‑street retailer discounts.
About You
You will have good interpersonal skills, take pride in engaging with customers face‑to‑face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence is an advantage. You may be asked to attend an assessment centre; details will be provided once the role has closed.
