If you are a dedicated and experienced Family Court Adviser, this opportunity could be perfect for you.\n\nFamily Court Adviser\n\nCompany Overview\n\nRandstad is partnering with Cafcass to find a highly skilled Family Court Adviser to join their team.\n\nJob Location\n\nExeter or Plymouth\n\nDepartment\n\nPrivate Law\n\nReporting Relationship\n\nTo be determined based on the specific location and team\n\nJob Summary\n\nThe Family Court Adviser will work within the Private Law team, providing expert advice and support to the court and other stakeholders in cases involving children. Responsibilities will include conducting assessments, preparing reports, and attending court hearings.\n\nJob Type\n\nPermanent\n\nQualification/education\n\nRelevant social work qualification and experience working within the family court system is essential.
Specific requirements will be detailed during the application process.\n\nExperience\n\nSignificant experience as a Family Court Adviser or in a similar role working with children and families within the legal system is required. Experience within Private Law cases is highly desirable.\n\nSkills\n\nExcellent communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also required.
