Job Title: Parking Services Officer
Contract: 3 to 6 month ongoing contract
Location: West London
Salary: £26.22 p/hr umbrella
Work Arrangements: Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm (Mostly remote but an office presence will be required when requested)
What you’ll be doing:
Investigating and responding to challenges, representations, and appeals relating to Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
Administering parking bay suspensions, waivers, and dispensations.
Supporting financial processes, including PCN reconciliation and liaison with enforcement agents.
Preparing cases and representing the Council at adjudications with London Tribunals.
Providing excellent customer service, including cover for our Customer Service Officer role as needed.What we’re looking for:
Strong understanding of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and related legislation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organised and methodical approach with strong team-working abilities.
Proficiency with IT systems (MS Office and parking databases).
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions based on policy.
