We are looking for an exceptional Head of Hospitality to deliver a world-class customer experience within a luxury, customer-focused environment.
This opportunity would suit candidates from a premium airline cabin crew, VIP hosting, luxury hospitality, private members clubs, or high-end events background who are passionate about creating memorable experiences and delivering flawless service.
You will be the face of the customer journey, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome, exceptional care, and a seamless luxury experience from arrival through to departure.
The Role
As Head of Hospitality, you will take ownership of the entire customer hosting experience, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, organisation, and service are consistently delivered.
Working closely with senior leadership and customer service teams, you will coordinate appointments, oversee VIP hosting arrangements, support exclusive customer events, and create a premium hospitality environment that leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a warm, polished, and professional welcome to all customers and guests
* Coordinate and oversee daily appointment hosting
* Ensure customers are comfortably seated and introduced to the relevant team members
* Provide premium refreshments and maintain exceptional hospitality standards throughout the visit
* Support and help coordinate VIP and customer events
* Manage hosting rotas alongside the Head of Customer Service
* Ensure “Buddys” are allocated appropriately to appointments
* Maintain hospitality areas to impeccable standards
* Monitor and manage hospitality stock and supplies
* Liaise with internal departments regarding presentation, replacements, and operational support
* Uphold company standards, professionalism, and customer care at all times
