We have an exciting opportunity to join our national Store Remerch team on a fixed term contract until February. As a Remerchandising Assistant Team Manager at Lidl, you’ll be responsible for a team of operatives, installing fixtures and fittings in new stores and giving existing stores an upgrade. From coordinating contractor’s work to keeping our stores fresh and easy to navigate, this an exciting role for a quality driven, all-about-the-details, person who takes pride in a job well done. Please note, this role requires you to travel across our Luton, Peterborough, Bridgend and Wednesbury regions.

What you'll do

1. Co-ordinate and lead your Regional Remerchandising Team
2. Expertly install equipment against planograms and store visions
3. Reliably work to strict deadlines, and rigid timescales
4. Coordinate our merchandise concept rollout
5. Champion company procedures, including health and safety

What you'll need

6. Proven, outstanding planning, organisational and communication skills
7. Experience of leading a small team in a fast-paced environment
8. Bags of initiative and an eagle-eye for detail
9. Good computer skills
10. The willingness to travel across our Luton, Peterborough, Bridgend and Wednesbury regions
11. To be ready to work some nights
12. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
