Join our dedicated Student Achievement Team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering tutorials and enrichment across various subject areas. This position focuses on supporting learners in preparing for their future steps, enhancing personal development, and providing pastoral care.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Engage with young people, facilitating group discussions on a range of topics from personal concerns and safeguarding to broader local and national themes.
* Plan and deliver sessions aimed at supporting learners' personal and educational growth.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and work effectively with external agencies and stakeholders, including parents/carers.
* Conduct administrative tasks, such as contacting parents regarding student absences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience in delivering educational or support sessions to young people.
