We are looking for a After-Sales Assistant to join our After Sales team, based in Hounslow at the BYD London Office.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling daily tasks of the UK after-sales team.
* Managing the shipment of spare parts to ensure timely delivery to project sites.
* Supporting project managers in resolving on-site issues.
* Arranging and managing business travel, including transportation and accommodation.
* Managing internal processes required by the company.
* Maintaining local service provider resources in the UK.
* Booking third-party training courses for team skill development.
* Assisting with onboarding new employees, including training procedures.
* Managing after-sales engineers' vehicles, including maintenance and records.
* Monitoring engineers' overtime for reasonable work arrangements.
* Supporting daily operations and administrative tasks in the office.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
Your profile:
* Associate degree or higher in any field.
* 1-2 years relevant experience; familiarity with after-sales service is preferred.
* Proficient in English, written and spoken.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Attention to detail and responsibility.
* Team-oriented and adaptable to a multicultural environment.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Basic financial knowledge is a plus.
* Right to work in the UK.
