The role of Finance and HR Assistant:
* Acting as point of contact for accounts receivable duties and payroll-related queries, liaising with employees and external providers to resolve issues efficiently and confidentially
* Supporting the HR function with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up new starters, processing leavers, and maintaining employee records
* Providing ad hoc administrative support including document preparation, data entry, reporting, and ad hoc invoicing
* Assisting with ongoing projects and process improvements
The ideal Finance and HR Assistant:
* Previous experience across HR administration and accounts receivable
* Strong attention to detail and a highly organised approach
* Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
* A proactive mindset with ability to take initiative
