The successful candidate will be responsible for the company’s financial strategy, planning and operations while providing a comprehensive view of the financial health of the business. Key responsibilities will include: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business goals. Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive leadership team. Drive business performance through financial metrics and key performance indicators. Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for both the parent company and overseas subsidiaries. Oversee the preparation and management of the company’s financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L statements. Monitor financial performance across departments and subsidiaries, ensuring financial health and profitability. Implement robust financial control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards. Manage working capital, cash flow, and capital expenditures. Build and maintain relationships with key international stakeholders, including external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies. Lead the preparation and analysis of regular financial reports for stakeholders, including board members and investors. Conduct detailed financial analysis, cost control, and margin optimisation initiatives. Recommend actions based on financial data, trends, and market conditions.
