This role can be based in our London, Newcastle, Birmingham, or Sleaford offices.
The MRI Healthcare Division offers comprehensive solutions for Estates and Facilities Management, providing NHS Trusts with tools to transform operations and improve patient, visitor, and staff experiences. Our solutions include Computer Aided Facilities Management, Energy, Space, and Property Management, supporting safe, efficient, and cost-effective NHS estates.
With over 32 years of experience, we maintain close client relationships and deliver solutions tailored to industry needs, enabling our customers to succeed.
Responsibilities:
* Represent MRI professionally and build mutually beneficial relationships with decision-makers to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
* Achieve personal quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet targets.
* Recommend solutions and negotiate terms with clients.
* Identify new client opportunities within UK Healthcare organizations.
* Respond to tenders, RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs.
* Collaborate with Sales Engineering for quotations and proposals.
* Negotiate with prospects, including at C-suite level.
* Maintain regular contact with prospects via on-site visits, online, or phone.
* Assess clients’ ongoing needs to adapt solutions.
* Work closely with Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, Development, and Implementation teams.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update CRM systems regularly.
* Manage opportunities from inquiry to closure using CRM.
* Travel within the UK, including occasional overnight stays for industry events.
Requirements:
* Proven sales achievement in a target-driven environment.
* Minimum two years’ experience in software solutions sales, preferably in Public Sector/Healthcare.
* Ability to qualify opportunities and understand customer goals.
* Knowledge of Facilities Management market is advantageous.
* Team player with high initiative and ability to work independently.
* Tenacious, driven, confident, enthusiastic, and energetic.
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Dynamics, and Salesforce.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Self-sufficient with limited supervision.
