Job Summary:

You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our solar systems, improving efficiency, and managing compliance with industry standards.

1.O&M Management:
o Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of solar energy systems across various commercial sites.
o Ensure optimal performance of solar installations by coordinating routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs.
o Supervise and lead a team of O&M technicians and subcontractors.
o Develop and implement maintenance schedules and monitoring strategies.
o Monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
o Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements.
