Clinical Care Manager – Up to £65,000 per annum.
We are looking for a Nurse Qualified, Clinical Care Manager to work closely with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager and team at The Willows Care Home in Great Linford, Milton Keynes.
Nestled amongst the leafy streets of residential Great Linford, north of central Milton Keynes, The Willows is a peaceful, purpose-built care home providing and long-term, ,, and care for older people. The home is rated ‘GOOD’ by CQC.

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum.
45 hours a week from Monday – Sunday
About the role:
The Clinical Care Manager will provide leadership and support to the nursing team on all issues relating to clinical excellence.
Coordinating and coaching teams to ensure that effective nursing and care services are provided, quality standards are continually improved, and clinical outcomes are recorded and measured efficiently is central to everything we do.
You’ll be passionate and committed to providing outstanding care and lead by example to demonstrate best practice resulting in nursing and care that is second to none and showing continual improvements.
You’ll be required to cover the management on call rota at weekends and evenings, distributed with other members of the Management Team.

What we need from our Clinical Care Manager:
· Registered Nurse – RGN, qualified with active PIN.
· Clinical Lead, Clinical Care Manager or being an experienced Nurse or Nurse Team Leader ready to take the next step.
· Experienced within a nursing or care home setting for older people.
· Extensive clinical knowledge
· Sound working knowledge of CQC Regulations, legislation and inspection.
· Excellent organisations and planning skills.
· Someone who builds and retains hard-working and successful teams.
