Jobstore are recruiting for Recycling Operatives for an immediate start on our clients location to carry our general recycling sort and labouring duties. We are looking for candidates with a positive and committed work attitude who are able to carry out labour intensive duties. FLT licence and any other previous experience operating industrial machinery a benefit. Main Duties and Responsibilities to include: Responsibility for picking and segregating both recyclable and non-recyclable materials within a busy recycling facility Ensure quality in separation and consistency rates are maximised Ensure compliance with statutory and company obligations and Health & Safety Ensure daily housekeeping rules are adhered to at all times Adhere to the principles of Manual Handling at all times You must have; Good organisational skills Good communication skills Ability to work well with others Pays attention to detail Be prepared for heavy lifting. Working hours are 7.00am to 17.00pm Monday to Friday - with possible overtime at the weekend. This is an ongoing position that may offer permanent work for those that want it.
