We are recruiting a Plumber for our site based in East Kilbride. To effectively ensure the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks. This will include the supervision of specialist subcontractors and ensuring all CBRE and sub-contractor paperwork is up to date. Also ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed as per the CBRE HSE guidelines. Duties · Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using client CAFM systems e.g. eLogbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records. · Compliance with and record keeping for CBRE ISO 9001/14001 etc. and all Quality Management Systems · Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations. · Operate the Planned Preventive maintenance programme (PPM) in respect to the water systems on site · Respond to emergency breakdowns across the site where an Engineering Technician (plumbing) is required including, potable water / waste water, HVAC systems and Environmental conditions · Carry out work generated on work requisition (non-urgent work jobs required by others on site) to meet service level agreements · Liaise, as needed, with end users to determine mechanical requirements and to repair or offer alternative solution · Assist with the ordering of supplies as needed for work · Be flexible and assist the Site Facilities Manager in any maintenance requests · Follow safe systems of work, taking reasonable care of own health and safety, and that of others · Such other duties as required by the operational needs of CBRE Team · Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Contract Support or Contract Management in line with the Service Level Agreements. · Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved. · Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules. Aptitudes: Good verbal communication skills at all levels, Good written English skills, Able to acquire and maintain sufficient knowledge of a building's operation and services. Able to work outside of discipline. Able to hold meetings with the clients and represent and promote the CBRE ethos Physically fit and able to carry tools and components by hand up to 20kg. To co-operate readily, politely and amicably with other Company personnel.
